Patricia Beelby

is the co-author of Paper Trails: the Dirt Roads Crossing the Information Highway, the Business Case for Electronic Records. Pat is Vice president of TRAC Records, an electronic records consulting and systems integration firm. Pat is a Certified Records Manager candidate and a Certified Document Imaging Architech™ and is qualified to conduct needs analysis, design and specify electronic document management systems. She has over twenty years of management experience plus a graduate degree from the Faculty of Business, University of Alberta. Her professional memberships include ARMA, AIIM, Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and the Writers Guild of Alberta. As a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, she won the Edmonton Chapter Showcase 2004 and went on to present at the national conference.
